DIY Sweet & Crispy Deep-Fried Oreos

There’s absolutely nothing better than waking up on a Saturday morning and tripping over a bowl of freshly deep Fried Oreos drizzled with powdered sugar along with a cup of coffee. Making fried Oreos at home was only difficult until the Crumbs Carnival Treats launched the deep-fried Oreos mix to provide you and your family with a homemade experience. The Crumbs mix is created to offer you all the convenience and save you from the mess of storing up all the ingredients.

Make Deep-Fried Oreos in 3 Easy Steps

To enjoy the season of love with fried Oreos, you just need to buy a limited edition Crumb’s mix and a pack of Oreos. You can choose the type of Oreo cookie according to your taste as there are several flavours available in the market. The best recommended is the regular milk cream Oreo or you can even go for peanut butter Oreo, chocolate marshmallow Oreo, Caramel Coconut Oreo or red velvet Oreo. So let’s get started step-by-step to make the perfect stack.

 For the Batter:

  • Crumb’s Oreos Mix
  • Water
  • A Pack of Oreos

Step 1: Heat The Oil

Heat at least 4 cups of vegetable oil in a saucepan with medium heat to 300 degrees.

 Step 2: Prepare The Batter

Pick a bowl and stir crumb’s mix and water until it makes a smooth batter. You can use a mixer for stirring or even a spoon is good to go.

 Step 3: Cook!

Using tong or a fork, dip Oreos one-by-one in the batter and further to the hot oil. Fry them for 2-3 minutes until both the sides get golden brown. These little brown balls will float on the oil. Carefully pull them out and drop them on the paper towel.

To complete the look you can sprinkle powdered sugar over them or can even serve them warm with a raspberry jam or melted chocolate.
